The Drylife Slip Super is a highly absorbent all-in-one slip. With a soft, full plastic backsheet, as well as a fast acting absorbent core the user feels more comfortable and secure with high leakage security. The all-in-ones also feature strong refastenable tapes to help ensure the product stays securely in place, Odour Control to stop the formation of unpleasant smells, and have been dermatologically tested and proven to not irritate the skin. Drylife Slip Super is the perfect, cost effective solution in managing heavy to severe incontinence.

I've tried both medium and large sizes. The absorbtion of these nappies is good, nice and thick. They have a full covering of plastic including the wings.
They are quite 'hard' and take a while to soften up.
The issue I had with them is the sizing. Like most nappies for me, the medium is too small and the large is too big.
If they made a 'regular' size between medium and large i would gladly use them, reasonably price and of good quality. The fit is the only thing that lets them down.
