Always available from stock and shipped in discreet (neutral) packaging!
Orders paid before 13:30 (CET) on working days from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
We ship every working day (closed on Saturdays and Sundays) with the following carriers: Fedex and DPD
We know how important discreet packaging is.
That's why we pack our orders in sturdy blank cardboard boxes.
The address label does not contain any information about this webshop or incontinence.
From the outside of the box, no one will be able to see what's inside.
Phone numbers are listed on address labels by default to increase the chances of a successful delivery, and providing a correct phone number is necessary to be able to create a shipping label.
Sometimes, for home delivery, the delivery person will try to deliver your order to your neighbors.
Nowadays, notes are no longer left if delivery fails, for example because nobody's at home.
You will receive tracking info email of your order as soon as it has been shipped, keep an eye out for it.
Please note that shipments may be delayed due to customs clearance.

Since we notice that sometimes customers enter their address incorrectly,
Please make sure to check your address during checkout carefully. If you notice something is missing/wrong afterwards, please send reply to the order confirmation email immediately with the correct address details. If still on time we may be able to change it.
Shipping costs are calculated based on dimensional weight and country.
Due to the many variables, the shipping costs are unfortunately impossible to tell you ourselves.
However, you can easily calculate these yourself by adding the desired products to the shopping cart.
Then go to shopping cart, select the destination country and click on the "Calculate Shipping and Tax" button.
Warehouse pick-up:
Unfortunately, the shop no longer has showrooms and it is also not possible to order and/or pay on the spot in the warehouse.
The warehouse is only available for order pickups that have been ordered and paid for online 1 workday in advance.
You can choose the shipping method Pickup Warehouse Einhoven if you want to pickup your order there.
This shipping method is free and then the warehouse knows that you are coming to pick it up and leaves the in the right place for pickups.

Very important! Orders can only be picked up if ordered at least 1 day before collection and the order has been paid.
We don't send emails to let you know you're order is ready for pickup.
DPD:
Currently the most reliable for delivery to Home Address or DPD Pick-up location within the EU.

Important: Always pick up your order within 7 days after delivery to a pickup location, this also applies to shipments that end up there after failed delivery.
DPD Parcel Tracking: International Tracking
Unfortunately, DPD is not available for countries outside the EU (NON-EU countries).
Shipping to PO Box is not possible with DPD
FedEx:
Fast and most reliable courier, especially for NON EU countries.
Delivery to your choice of home address or to Fedex Pickup location.
FedEx Pick-Up Locations: Find Worldwide Pick-Up
To find the right locations, you need to enter your city and country in thesearch box, then you will find near the top left corner... "Find alocation for".. select "Hold/Pick-up" checkbox to search for real fedex pick-up locations only.

Because Fedex picks up packages early at our warehouse, orders placed before 11:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day.
Anything ordered after 11 a.m. is usually shipped the day after.
