I happen to be a bit older than the max suggested age for these diapers, so I have to be careful not to leak when I wet them. If I'm careful, they can take a whole wetting. But trying again, will make them leak. As John above said, you won't leak if you don't sit down.
That aside, the leg guards aren't that good, sadly. But I live the cute and girly designs that the goodnites have for girls.

great diaper, if only they made them one size bigger. I've got a 33" waist and can get these on. they're tight but they work well, core is very absorbant and can take three good wettings before they leak. I've worn a pair of these under my clothes whilst at work and so long as you don't sit down they won't leak. if your waist is up to 30" these are perfect for you.
