Unfortunately, we have noticed for quite some time that packages sent to parcel lockers are being returned because they are already full and there is no more space. Delivery services do not forward the package to a parcelshop but return it to the sender. We then have to start an investigation with the carrier as soon as it comes back, and once this is completed, we can resend it. This entire process can take weeks, causing you to receive the package much later than expected, something we would like to prevent. Additionally, it then still has to go to a physical parcelshop instead of a parcel locker. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for us to remove parcel lockers from the service point selection map, which is why we are trying to warn you in this way. You can, however, remove all parcel lockers yourself from the service point selection map at the top left by clicking the button called SERVICE POINT. This way, you will only see the correct physical service points near you.
