I don't feel that there is a booster pad in my diaper, but the diaper itself feels more snug and padded. If you use thin diapers and want more padding to them, this is perfect. I often use these with ABU preschool, as i like the diaper very much, but its bit thin and i don't feel padded enough without booster.

My experience with these booster pads has been very good. They allow your diaper to take more fluid, thus augmenting the maximum absorption capacity. Even one single layer will make the difference. Not only they help absorb more, they spread the liquid in a larger area inside the diaper, too, which prevents clumping and allows for a better and faster absorption.
To my surprise, they still feel comfortable even after several wettings, which is a good plus. What they lack right now is probabily a better odor neutralizing material and an adhesive surface to better adhere to the inner part of the diaper.
Overall these are very good and cheap for what they manage to do. I highly recommend them if you are a big wetter and need to change often, as these will boost your diaper duration by a big margin and you can layer more than one depending on needs, obviously.
(tested inside Forsite, went form 4-5 wettings capacity to more than 10)
